Two of my favourites, Anna Selezneva and Pierre Balmain join forces for S/S 2013.
Drew, Charlotte and Tommy doing good at the Chateau
I always admire designers and fashion brands who look past the profits once in a while and use their kudos to support valuable causes and charities. Enter Tommy Hilfiger, who for the sixth year running is supporting Breast Health International and this year he’s roped in two of my favourite people to front and shoot the campaign, namely Charlotte Gainsbourg and Drew Barrymore.
Having designed a limited-edition leather bag from which a percentage of each sale will be donated to the BHI Intitiative, Tommy, Charlotte and Drew descended upon the iconic Chateau Marmont in L.A (another favourite) to shoot the campaign. A video of the effortlessly engaging Gainsbourg reading a poem written especially for the campaign, combined with shots of a glowing Drew Barrymore behind the scenes, make for a feel-good campaign supporting an incredibly important cause.

Winter Sun
With my winter sun getaway less than 3 weeks away, I'm not yet done with ogling sun-drenched shoots and editorials, and Zimmerman's latest campaign for its Swim 12/13 collection is my latest find for doing just that. The epitome of beach-beautiful, their campaigns always look like something lifted straight from a Bounty outfit. Only with much, much better swimwear. And while it helps the pieces themselves are so great, the subtle styling touches like the small pieces of layered jewellery and baseball caps make all the difference.
Since reigniting my love for the brand, I've fallen for more than a few pieces from the current Zimmerman collection, namely the white lace playsuit, floral bandeau romper and patchwork beach dress, all of which I am now mentally willing into my holiday suitcase.

Freja for Chanel round 2
I just saw this new A/W Chanel campaign in Elle and it stopped me dead. Such a cool move for Chanel Ad wise-Freja's disheveled jet-black hair kind of reminds of the mad wife in Jane Eyre or Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights, it's so Gothic yet modern at the same time. I love the Worst Witch vibe of it all.
Chanel and Freja make for a winning team once again.
Alexander Wang's New Campaign Vid with Abbey
Despite the recent hair chop, Abbey is as good as ever in the Wang man's new campaign vid for A/W 10 collection. And The XX soundtrack just makes it.
long time no show
I can't believe it's been a month since I last posted....things have been crazy. I barely find enough time to sleep/think at the mo so blogging has fallen slightly from wayside. But, after getting a lovely e-mail from the girls from gorgeous cashmere co Madeline Thompson I have had a new surge of energy to get this ball rolling again (hold me to that if there's another month gap!).
Plus, as soon as I saw E.W's awesome campaign for her collection for RVCA I had to put it up.
She is my forever icon...
